Executive Training for Western Founders

The final training session for our Western Founders program wrapped up in early 2016. The Western Founders program is a pathway for established housing leaders in Western Canada to achieve Chartered designation.

The Founders attended three modules of in-person leadership development and training sessions. Each Founder will complete a reflective-practice essay on change management in the housing sector, and partake in a professional interview to showcase their housing knowledge and experience.

The Western Founders program was created through our partnerships with BC Non-Profit Housing Association, Alberta Public Housing Administrators’ Association and Manitoba Housing.
