The Pathfinders Program is aimed at established and emerging housing leaders. It is the experiential learning option to our Chartered designation, the highest international standard in our industry.
The Canadian housing sector is in the midst of significant change. The Pathfinders program is focused on current trends and helping participants navigate changing and complex environments.
The program consists of four full days of learning on topics that support leadership development, innovation and business transformation. Participants will also complete a reflective practice assignment and participate in a professional interview to showcase their knowledge and experience.
